ATS Allure Payment Plan

ATS developer is offering both down payment, and construction linked payment plan. In down payment, At time of booking 10% of the total cost of flat is to be paid and 80% of the total cost of flat  is to be paid within 45 days of booking and balance 10% of the total cost of the flat and other charges related to possession to be on the offer for possession

While in construction linked plan:

30% On Booking within 1 Month, 40 % On Completion of superstructure and 30% +Other Charges on Offer Of Possession.
