Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority launched a residential plot scheme on 20 February 2023. The residential plots are available in sector-2, Delta-02 & 03, Phi-03, Chi-03, Sigma 01-02. It is an online bidding scheme, plots will be allotted through e-auction.
Plots are available in the sizes ranging from 162 square meters to 750 square meters.
People can apply online for the GNIDA residential plot scheme from 20/01/2023 (12:00 AM). Interested parties can register and download the brochure for all the details of the scheme.

Commercial shops and office space are available in Gamma-1/ Kadamba Estate, Ecotech-II(B.M Market), Tau (Swarn Nagri), Delta-I, Delta-II, Bus Depot Kasna, Alpha-II, Beta-II shopping center. Commercial Kiosk area is available in Ecotech-2(Village Kulesra), Ecotech-III, Pi-I & II(Chorosla Estate), Phi-Chi (Cassia Fistula Estate), Sigma-II, C-Block, Sigma-II, D-Block, Sector-37, Block A, Omicron-3, Block-A.
Allotment of plots
Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority invites bids on an E-auction basis for the allotment of commercial property as per the terms & conditions described in the brochure. Possession will be given within 30 days. Allotment will be done on an as is where is basis.

Commercial shops and office areas are available in various sizes ranging between 11.85 square meters to 713.67 square meters in sectors. Commercial Kiosk area is available in different sizes ranging between 7.02 square meters to 9.38 square meters in various sectors.
