Kaveri City Centre Payment Plan

Floor and product-wise BSP is given starting from Rs.6000 per sq.ft. Additional charges are extra which includes location charges, IFMS, Lease rent, Power back up, electric meter charges, club membership,EDC & FFC.

There are three types of payment plans

Plan A- Down Payment plan

In which 10% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking and 85% of BSP+50% of other charges to be paid within 45 days and 5% of BSP+50% of other charges to be paid at offer for possession.

Plan-B is Construction Linked Plan

In which 10% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking, 10% of BSP to be paid within 45 days,10% of BSP to be paid within 75 days & 10% on the start of excavation. Balance payment is to be paid gradually in parts of 7.5% of BSP initially and then 5% of BSP on the start of different floors.

Plan- C is a Special Plan for retail shop/service apartment /office space - 50:40:10

In which 50% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking, 40% of BSP to be paid within 45 days of booking and 10% of BSP to be paid at offer for possession.
