Bhubaneswar Development Authority
The Bhubaneswar Development Authority was founded in 1983 under the provisions of the Odisha Urban Areas Development Act. Originally, they were in charge of 115 villages in the Bhubaneswar, Khordha, and Jatni region, but over time they've become responsible for 556 villages. The BDA is designed to promote sustainable urban growth through effectively monitored regulations and will implement these changes through a people-centric and innovative approach.
