As part of the Republic Day celebrations 2023 and to mark the 126th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose (also known as Parakram Diwas), the Military Tattoo & Tribal Dance performances are scheduled to take place in New Delhi on 23-24 January 2023 under the banner Adi- Shaurya Parv Parakram kain JawaharLal Nehru Stadium. In this event, he will be honored for his contributions to the freedom struggle with a Military Tattoo & Tribal Dance.
A performance by Bollywood playback singer Shri Kailash Kher will also take place during the grand finale. People can book their free tickets through the JLN stadium website.
Indian Coast Guard will coordinate the event, which is jointly organized by the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
The reverberations of military drums and trumpets have set the stage for the traditional dance performances to blend in and represent the unique cultural trends of our country while fostering the spirit of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.
More than 1200 performers are diligently perfecting their art with each team showcasing a facet of India through their colorful costumes, headdresses, and music instruments, as well as melody-filled dance steps. During the main event, viewers will bear witness to traditional dances such as Gaurr Maria, Gaddi Nati, Siddi Dhamal, Baiga Pardhoni, Purulia, Bagurumba, Ghusadi, Balti, and countless others. The Ministry of Tribal Affairs is responsible for supervising these performances and groups.
Through Paramotor Gliding, Hot Air Balloons, Horse Show, Khukuri Dance, Gatka, Mallakhamb, Kalaripayattu, Thang-ta, Motorcycle Display, Air Warrior Drill, Navy Band, and martial arts, the Indian Army displays its prowess.
The government of India has launched an online invitation management portal (www.aamantran.mod.gov.in) for booking Republic Day parade 2023 tickets, where you can receive the e-vites for the grand Republic Day parade as the national capital and people prepare to celebrate Republic Day 2023 on 26, January.
In celebration of the day, Republic Day Tickets are available. The price ranges from Rs 500 to Rs 3500 based on availability.
A grand parade will take place on New Delhi's Rajpath.

On Republic Day at Rajpath, a spectacular parade is organized by regiments of Army, Navy,& Air Force and paramilitary forces. The parade displays the country’s defense capabilities. The president of India who is the commander-in-chief of the Indian Armed Forces takes the salute.
The parade is followed by the flag hoisting by the President of India.
The president of India distributes the gallantry awards to brave Indian Citizens. These awards include Vir Chakra, Paramvir Chakra, Kirti Chakra, Children Bravery award.
