New Okhla Industrial Development Authority Group Housing Scheme 

Noida Authority is launching plots for corporate offices and data centers in January 2023. These plots are available in the sectors along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

Twenty-six (26) plots are included in this scheme. It will be a golden opportunity for entrepreneurs and investors.

Noida Authority New Residential Scheme Announcement 

Noida Authority announced a new residential scheme on 29 December 2022. The new residences are available in sectors 52,62,71,99, 118, 135, and Noida.

Total units

Noida Authority has approved the scheme for the allotment of 340 houses in various categories that include low-income group (LIG), middle-income group (MIG), high-income group (HIG)

Allotment of new residential units

The new residential units in the low-income group (LIG) category will be allotted through a lucky draw & residential units in the middle-income group (MIG) and high-income group (HIG) will be allotted through e-auction.

Scheme Opening date

People can apply online in the Noida Authority's  housing scheme from 02/01/2023 .

Last Date of Registration

Interested parties can register on or before 07/02/2023.

Golden opportunity for Builders

Noida Authority launched the Group Housing scheme in sectors 44 & 45 of Noida on 12 December 2022. It is a golden opportunity for builders who want to build housing facilities in the city.

Noida Authority announces e-Auction for the allotment of group housing plots. Developers, who will pay the land cost within 90 days from the date of allotment, will be able to purchase the land parcel.

Location of Plots

These plots are located in sectors 44 and 45. In these sectors, land rates are in the range of Rs. 2 lakh per square meter and more.

Scheme Opening date

People can apply online in the Noida Authority scheme from 12/12/2022. The brochure can be downloaded after registration costing Rs.20,000/- Only.

Last Date of Registration

Interested builders can register on or before 01/01/2023.

How to apply to the Scheme

Participants need to sign up and obtain a user ID & password on the portal. Applicants can buy the plots through online bidding. Plots in sector 44 are offered at the base price of Rs. 14,000/ per square meter & Rs. 20,000/- per square meter in sector 45.

NOIDA Authority’s industrial plots scheme NOIIDA/IP/e-Auction/2022-23 (01)

New Okhla Industrial Development Authority announces the e-auction of industrial plots in sectors 67,80,145,158, and 164. 

Register online to participate in the scheme. Scheme {Scheme code: NOIIDA/IP/e-Auction/2022-23 (01)} opens on 05/09/2022. The scheme closes on 26/09/2022 by 5:00 PM.

Industrial Plot Scheme 2022-23 [Commercial Builder Plot-I]

New Okhla Industrial Development Authority will launch an exquisite commercial plot scheme on 1st September 2022. The scheme Code is 2022-23 [Commercial Builder Plot-I]

The commercial plots are available in Noida sector 25A, 33, 35, 40, 44, 50, 58, 62, 63, 65, 72, 73, 92, 93B, 94, 96, 105,108,120,121, 122, 126, 132, 135,142, 168, and hotel pocket at Noida Convention & Habitat Center, sector 94 Noida on E-auction basis.

• Sign up on the portal property etender sbi to obtain your user ID and Password
• Remit the e-service fee for each property through online payment on or before 26/09/2022 by 5:00 PM.

Pre Bid meeting will be held on 12/09/2022

Last Date of Registration form submission

Interested parties can register on or before 30/09/2022 by 5:00 PM.

NOIDA Authority Residential Plot Scheme 2022[I]

New Okhla Industrial Development Authority will launch a residential plot scheme 2022 [I] on 5th September 2022.

The residential plots are available in Noida sector 31,33,34,35, 43,44,47,51,52,105,108,93B,151.

For the first time, people will have the opportunity to buy residential plots in newly developed sector-151, on Noida Expressway.

The plots will be allotted via e-auction. 

Noida Authority has invited e-Bids for the allotment of these plots.

Scheme Opening date

The residential plot scheme 2022 [I] will open on 05/09/2022 at 11:00 AM.

Process for participating in e-auction

•  Register on the portal property etender sbi to obtain your user ID and Password
•  Deposit non-refundable E-brochure documents fees of Rs. 2500 + GST ( Rs.450)
•  Deposit processing fees of Rs.2300 separately against each property to participate in e-auction through an online payment.

Last Date of Participation

Interested parties can participate in the e-auction through online payment on or before 28/09/2022 by 5:00 PM.

Points of caution

• Obtain a compatible computer terminal with good internet connectivity to avoid any issues in the bidding.
• Separately deposit earnest money for each advertised property.
• Bidding will not be permissible below the reserve price.
• The minimum incremental value of each further bid will be Rs. 50,000/-.
• The bid amount should be entered in both figures and words.
• Never go for exaggerated bidding that can thwart the bidding process. Such action can lead to forfeiture of 25%of the earnest money and can also lead to penal action if decided by the CEO.
