In this project, the options of lockable and nonlockable space is available. As per choice buyer can opt; if the buyer wishes to invest in lockable space, three types of payment plans are available.

First partial plan, in this plan on submission of Application Form, buyer have to pay initially for ground floor -25Lac/First Floor 15Lac /Second Floor-10Lac,

Than 55% of Cost of the Unit less amount received within 45 days of signing of Application Form and Agreement for Sub Lease

And 10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of ground floor roof or 12 months from booking, whichever is later

10% of the price of the unit on the cast of top floor roof or 18 months from booking, whichever is then & balance cost of the Unit + 100% of Additional Charges on offer for possession.

Second Growth plan, in this plan on submission of Application Form, buyer have to pay initially for ground floor -25Lac/First Floor-15Lac /Second Floor-10Lac,

Than 25% of Cost of the Unit less amount received, within 45 days of signing of Application Form and Agreement for Sub Lease

And 25% of the cost of the unit on the casting of ground floor roof or 12 months from booking, whichever is later

25% of the value of the unit on the casting of top floor roof or 18 months from booking, whichever is then & balance cost of the Unit + 100% of Additional Charges on offer for possession

Second Progress linked plan, in this plan on submission of Application Form, buyer have to pay initially for ground floor -25Lac/First Floor-15Lac /Second Floor-10Lac,

Than 15% of Cost of the Unit less amount received, On Start of Construction or Within 45 Days of signing of Application Form and Agreement for Sub Lease, whichever is earlier

And 10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of third basement Roof

10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of first basement Roof

10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of ground floor roof

10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of second floor Roof

10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of Third floor Roof

10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of Top floor Roof

balance cost of the Unit + 100% of Additional Charges on offer for possession

Lease Rental @ 6% for three (3) years from Offer of Possession for Ground and Second Floors

Some special payment plan is offered for First-floor lockable space.

First Down payment plan

15Lac is to be paid at the time of booking and100 % of BSP including PLC if any (Less Booking Amount) within 45 days from the date of booking

100% of Additional Cost + Other Cost (if any) on offer for possession

With Commitment Charges @ 12% p.a. on receipt of 100% of BSP till the offer of Possession for fit-outs

Second Flexi Plan

15 Lac is to be paid at the time of booking and 50 % of BSP  (Less Booking Amount) within 45 days from the date of booking

50% of BSP including PLC if any, on 365 days of booking

100% of Additional Cost + Other Cost (if any) on offer for possession

With Commitment Charges @ 11% p.a. on receipt of 50% of BSP and after that on 100% of BSP from date of receipt of balance 50% BSP till Offer of Possession for fit-outs, subject to timely payment

Third is Combo Plan

15Lac is to be paid at the time of booking and 50 % of BSP  (Less Booking Amount) within 45 days from the date of booking

25% of BSP including PLC if any, on 365 days of booking

25% of BSP plus100% of Additional Cost + Other Cost (if any) on offer for possession

Lease Rental @ 9% for three (3) years from Offer of Possession for the First floor.

If the buyer is opting for nonlockable space, the payment plan and commitment charges will be as under

100% of Additional Cost + Other Cost (if any) on offer for possession

With Commitment Charges @ 12% p.a. on receipt of 100% of BSP till the offer of Possession for fit-outs 

Second Flexi Plan

2.5 Lac is to be paid at the time of booking and 50% of BSP  (Less Booking Amount) within 45 days from the date of booking

50% of BSP including PLC if any, on 365 days of booking

100% of Additional Cost + Other Cost (if any) on offer for possession

With Commitment Charges @ 11% p.a. on receipt of 50% of BSP and after that on 100% of BSP from date of receipt of balance 50% BSP till Offer of Possession for fit-outs, subject to timely payment

Third is Combo Plan

2.5Lac is to be paid at the time of booking and 50% of BSP  (Less Booking Amount) within 45 days from the date of booking

25% of BSP including PLC if any, on 365 days of booking

25% of BSP plus100% of Additional Cost + Other Cost (if any) on offer for possession

With Commitment Charges @ 10% p.a. on receipt of 50% of BSP and after that on 75% of BSP from date of receipt of 25% BSP due on 365th day of booking, till Offer of Possession for fit-outs, subject to timely payment. 

Lease Rental @ 9% for three (3) years from Offer of Possession for First Floor.
