First partial plan, in this plan on submission of Application Form, buyer have to pay initially for ground floor -25Lac/First Floor 15Lac /Second Floor-10Lac,
Than 55% of Cost of the Unit less amount received within 45 days of signing of Application Form and Agreement for Sub Lease
And 10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of ground floor roof or 12 months from booking, whichever is later
10% of the price of the unit on the cast of top floor roof or 18 months from booking, whichever is then & balance cost of the Unit + 100% of Additional Charges on offer for possession.
Second Growth plan, in this plan on submission of Application Form, buyer have to pay initially for ground floor -25Lac/First Floor-15Lac /Second Floor-10Lac,

Second Progress linked plan, in this plan on submission of Application Form, buyer have to pay initially for ground floor -25Lac/First Floor-15Lac /Second Floor-10Lac,
Than 15% of Cost of the Unit less amount received, On Start of Construction or Within 45 Days of signing of Application Form and Agreement for Sub Lease, whichever is earlier
And 10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of third basement Roof
10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of first basement Roof
10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of ground floor roof
10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of second floor Roof
10% of the cost of the unit on the casting of Third floor Roof

With Commitment Charges @ 12% p.a. on receipt of 100% of BSP till the offer of Possession for fit-outs
Second Flexi Plan
15 Lac is to be paid at the time of booking and 50 % of BSP (Less Booking Amount) within 45 days from the date of booking
50% of BSP including PLC if any, on 365 days of booking
100% of Additional Cost + Other Cost (if any) on offer for possession
With Commitment Charges @ 11% p.a. on receipt of 50% of BSP and after that on 100% of BSP from date of receipt of balance 50% BSP till Offer of Possession for fit-outs, subject to timely payment
Third is Combo Plan
15Lac is to be paid at the time of booking and 50 % of BSP (Less Booking Amount) within 45 days from the date of booking
25% of BSP including PLC if any, on 365 days of booking
25% of BSP plus100% of Additional Cost + Other Cost (if any) on offer for possession
Lease Rental @ 9% for three (3) years from Offer of Possession for the First floor.
