Initially, when the Omaxe India Trade Centre was launched, four types of payment plan offered to the customers in a view to give them flexibility and options to invest as per their capability and enjoy the best return of their investment.

• Upfront payment plan with commitment charge of 12% per annum on 100% of BSP till offer of fit-out possession.
• Flexi Payment plan with commitment charge of 12% per annum till the unexpired period of 365 days from the date of booking on 50% of BSP and after that 100% of BSP till offer of fit-out possession, subject to timely payment.
• Super Flexi- payment plan-1 with commitment charge of 12% per annum till the unexpired period of 365 days from the date of booking on 50% of BSP and after that 75% of BSP till the unexpired period of 730 days from date of booking & after that 100% of BSP till offer of fit-out possession, subject to timely payment.
• Super Flexi- payment plan-2 with commitment charge of 12% per annum till the unexpired period of 365 days from the date of booking on 35% of BSP and after that 70% of BSP till the unexpired period of 730 days from time of booking & after that 100% of BSP till offer of fit-out possession, subject to timely payment.

As the project is going to be completed soon, and the company has already offered the possession of commercial space on the first, second & third floors. Soon the other floors are going toe delivered, and now we have to opt for only upfront payment as last fit-out work is going on remaining floors.
