Ans. There are various possession charges that are incurred by the developer. These charges largely include:- IFMS, Maintenance, Club Usage, Electric Meter Installation, IGL Gas, Broadband, etc.
Q. What is the possession status of this project?
Ans. The project is under construction and the builder i.e. providing phase-wise possession. In the first phase, possession has already been offered in Jan-2019. In phase-2 possession will be offered in August-2023.
Q. When do you expect, society will be completely functional?
Ans. The final handover will be given in August-2023 and we hope, by that time society will be completely functional.
Q. What is the procedure of the registry?
