The starting price of the 3BHK apartment at Purvanchal Royal City is 80.62 lakh onwards. At time of booking 10% of the total cost of flat is to be paid and 80% of the total cost of flat is to be paid within 45 days of booking and balance 10% of the total cost of the flat and other charges related to possession on the offer for possession.
