There are three types of payment plans
Plan-A Construction Linked Plan
In which 10% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking, 10% of BSP to be paid within 30 days, 10% of BSP to be paid within 60 days & 10% of BSP on the start of excavation, 10% of BSP on the start of different floors. Balance payment is to be paid gradually in parts of 7.5% of BSP initially and 10% of BSP + Additional Charges to be paid at the offer for Possession.
Plan B- Flexi Payment Plan
In which 10% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking and 40% of BSP to be paid within 30 days and 30% of BSP on Completion of Top Floor and 10% of BSP on Completion of the superstructure and 10% of BSP + Additional charges to be paid at offer for possession.
Plan C- Down Payment plan
In which 10% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking and 80% of BSP to be paid within 30 days and 10% of BSP+Additional charges to be paid at offer for possession.
