Q. What are the possession charges?

Ans. There are various possession charges that are incurred by the developer. These charges largely include- IFMS, Maintenance, Electric Meter Installation, etc.

Q. What is the procedure of the registry?

Ans. The complete registration process will be facilitated by the developer. You have to pay stamp charges directly to the govt. and require few documents for the same. Everything will be done in a day. For more queries related to the registry see the FAQ section.

Q. When do you expect project will be completely functional?

Ans. The final handover will be given in Dec-2022 and we hope, by that time society will be completely functional.

Q. What is the possession status of this project?

Ans. The project is under construction and possession will be offered in Dec-2022.
