Spectrum Metro Payment Plan

There are three types of payment plans

Plan A- Down Payment plan

In which 10% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking and 85% of BSP to be paid within 45 days and 5% of BSP to be paid at offer of fit out of possession.

Plan-B Construction Linked Plan

In which 10% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking, 10% of BSP to be paid within 30 days & 10% on the start of excavation. Balance payment is to be paid gradually in parts of 10% of BSP initially and then 10% of BSP on the start of different floors and 20% of BSP to be paid at offer of Fit out of possession.

Plan A- Flexi Payment Plan

In which 10% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking and 40% of BSP to be paid within 30 days and 25% of BSP on Completion of the structure of Retail Space and 25% of BSP to be paid at offer of Fit out of possession.

Note:

Cheque/Dreafts to be issued in the favor of  “BLUE SQUARE INFRASTRUCTURE LLP.”

Stamp Duty/Registration Charges/legal/Miscellaneous Charges shall be payable at the time of Fit out possession.

Prices are escalation free but subject to revision/withdrawal without notice at company's sole discretion.

GST & Government charges as applicable.
