Sun Twilight Payment Plan

There are three types of payment plans

Plan A- Down Payment plan

In which 10% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking and 80% of BSP to be paid within 30 days and 10% of BSP+Additional charges to be paid at offer for possession.

Plan-B Construction Linked Plan

In which 5% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking, 5% of BSP to be paid within 30 days, 10% of BSP to be paid within 60 days & 10% of BSP on the start of excavation. Balance payment is to be paid gradually in parts of 7.5% of BSP initially and then 10% of BSP on the start of different floors and 5% of BSP + 50% of PLC + Additional Charges to be paid at the offer for Possession.

Plan A- Flexi Payment Plan

In which 10% of BSP is to be paid at the time of booking and 30% of BSP to be paid within 30 days and 30% of BSP on Completion of the superstructure and 10% of BSP + Additional charges to be paid at offer for possession.
