Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority launched a residential plot scheme RPS-07/2023 on 8 August 2023. Applications are invited for the allotment of residual residential plots to be developed by YEIDA on Yamuna Expressway in sectors 16,17 and 20.
The RERA number for this scheme is UPRERAPRJ563740. Some canceled/left-out plots are also included in this scheme which are already registered in RERA registration numbers UPRERAPRJ9218 & UPRERAPRJ282078.
1184 plots are available for sale in this scheme. 808 plots are available for sale in sector 16 and 376 plots are available for sale in sector 17 & 20.
Plots are available in various sizes ranging from 120 square meters to 2000 square meters. In sector 16 plots are available for sale in the size of 120, 162, 200 & 300 square meters. In sectors 17 & 20 plots are available for sale in the size of 120, 162, 200, 500,1000 & 2000 square meters.
People can apply online for the YEIDA residential plot scheme from 08/08/2023.
Interested parties can register on or before 01/09/2023.
Allotment will be done through the draw on 18/10/2023
The application forms are available at www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com . The application form costs Rs.500+GST. The applicants are required to duly fill out the form and submit it online on Yamuna Authority’s website along with all the annexures and registration money.
There are three payment options:
1.Down payment Plan: 100% of the amount to be paid within 90 days from the date of issue of the allotment letter.
2. 50:50 Plan: 50% of the amount to be paid within 90 days from the date of issue of the allotment letter. The remaining 50% amount is to be paid in two equal half-yearly installments calculated from the 91st day from the date of allotment. Interest will be calculated @10% per annum on reducing the principal amount at the end of the half year.
3. 30:70 Plan: 30% of the amount to be paid within 90 days from the date of issue of the allotment letter. The remaining 70% amount is to be paid in two equal half-yearly installments calculated from the 91st day from the date of allotment. Interest will be calculated @10% per annum on reducing the principal amount at the end of the half year.
A scheme of 1200 residential plots and 33 industrial plots in four sectors is to be launched next week by YEIDA
Once again people will get a chance to build houses and set up factories on Yamuna Expressway. This time 1200 people will be able to build houses on residential plots in Sector-16 and Sector-17 while the dream of 33 entrepreneurs to set up a factory will be fulfilled. Both schemes will be launched by next week. The draw of lots will be done for residential plots, while industrial plots will be allotted through e-auction.
1200 residential plots and 33 industrial plots will be available for sale in this scheme.
Plots are available in various sizes ranging from 120 square meters to 300 square meters. Various sizes of the plots are 120, 162, 200, and 300 Square meters. Leftover plots of Sector-18 and 20 have also been included in the scheme.
At the same time, the scheme of industrial plots in Sector-28, 29, 32, and Sector-33 will be brought under the MSME category for entrepreneurs to set up factories. It has plots of 450, 1000, 5000, 5200, 8000, 9000, 10000, and 16,631 square meters.
Now all the plots can be auctioned, authorities implemented rollover rules.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has implemented the rollover plan after taking lessons from the Noida and Greater Noida authorities. According to this, if three bidders do not come in the auction of a plot or scheme, then in such cases the date will be extended twice and this plot will be given to only one bidder.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is planning to increase the allotment rate across all categories on Yamuna Expressway by 30% to 40% effective from the next fiscal year.
Rates in the residential and group housing category are set to be expensive by approximately 33%, and 30% in the commercial category & 40% in industrial, institutional, and IT/ITES categories.
As per new rates, the residential plots will be allotted for Rs. 24,600 per square meter in place of the current allotment rate of Rs.18,510 per square meter.
As per new rates, the group housing plots will be allotted for Rs. 30,750 per square meter in place of the current allotment rate of Rs.23,140 per square meter.
As per new rates, the commercial plots will be allotted in the range from Rs. 49,200 per square meter to Rs.59,100 in place of the current allotment rate ranging between Rs.38,000 per square meter to Rs. 46000/- per square meter.
As per new rates, the Industrial plots will be allotted for Rs. 13,542 per square meter in place of the current allotment rate of Rs.9668 per square meter.
As per new rates, the group housing plots will be allotted for Rs. 16,300 per square meter in place of the current allotment rate of Rs.11630/-per square meter.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority launched a Fuel Filling Station Plots Scheme on 12 January 2023. These plots are available for one Yamuna Expressway in sectors 18,20,28 and 22D to fuel a new growth momentum in the business.
4 plots are available for sale in this scheme. Plot number-FS-01in sector-18,FS-02/A in sector-20, FS-03 in sector 22D, FS-04 in sector 28.
Plots are available in various sizes of 1665, 1600, 1600, and 1600 Square meters.

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority invites bids on an E-auction basis for fuel filling station plots.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is going to launch 10 new schemes in 2023 in different segments like residential, industrial, commercial, etc. The preparations are going on in full swing in different departments of the Yamuna Authority.
1.Group Housing Scheme: Yamuna Authority CEO Dr. Arunveer Singh informed us that YEIDA will launch a group housing scheme. Two plots are included in the scheme.
2.Flattened Factory Scheme: 8 Flattened factories will be built in four industrial sectors of Yamuna Authority.
3.Ware Housing Scheme: A scheme will be launched for warehousing on Yamuna Expressway.
4.Multi-model logistic hub scheme: Multi-model logistic hub plot scheme will come in the year 2023.
5.Tender for Film City: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will open a tender for Film City on Yamuna Expressway.
6.Pod Taxi Project: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will come up with a global tender bid for the pod taxi project.
7.Raya Heritage City in Mathura Vrindavan: YEIDA will post a request for a proposal to receive formal bid/response form the potential vendors to develop Raya heritage City in Mathura Vrindavan.
8.Data Centre Scheme: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will also come up with a Data Centre Scheme in January 2023.
9.Mixed Land use scheme: YEIDA is launching a mixed land use scheme in January 2023.
10.Commercial Scheme: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will also open a commercial bid in January 2023.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority CEO Mr. Arunveer Singh reported that foreign investors are willing to invest in various schemes on Yamuna Expressway. All these schemes will be launched in January 2022.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is going to launch a new residential plot scheme in 2023.
The authority has decided to launch 2000 plots in this scheme. The scheme comprises residential plots in sizes starting from 90 square meters to 200 square meters. These plots are available in sector 22D.

YEIDA plans to launch a mixed-land Scheme
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority plans to launch a mixed-land scheme for industries and houses on the same plot.
Allottee shall be able to use 75% of the plot area for industrial purposes and the remaining plot can be used for commercial, residential, and institutional purposes.
To ease the process of recovery and encourage the allottees to pay pending dues Yamuna Expressway Industrial Authority (YEIDA) has again come up with One Time Settlement Scheme (OTS).
The scheme shall be available to the allottees of residential plots, institutional plots, commercial plots, B.H.S, mixed land use, and 7% abadi plots.
The one-time settlement scheme shall be open from 01/09/2022 to 31/10/2022.
The scheme shall not be available to the allottees who have already availed of the benefits of the OTS scheme. Rest allottees can visit Yamuna Authority's official site to apply online for the OTS scheme.
YEIDA Launching soon Mixed-use land Scheme
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) plans to launch a mixed-use land scheme for Institutional, Residential, Commercial, and recreational purposes. As per the information provided by the government officials, 1045 hectares of land is specified for mixed-use according to the master plan 2041.
Land specified for mixed-use has plots for various purposes like residential, Commercial, recreational, and institutional within a specified area.
Yamuna Authority CEO, Mr. Arun Veer Singh said that a mix of activities in an area may have a very positive impact because it reduces travel needs & energy consumption.

Allotment of Hi-tech fuel stations along Yamuna Expressway
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is planning to build four Hi-tech fuel stations along Yamuna Expressway. For the first time in the country, all types of fuels like CNG, Petrol, PNG, Diesel, and Electric Vehicle Chargers will be available in a single place.
The land allotment plan for Hi-tech fuel stations will be announced on the occasion of Independence Day, 15 August 2022 and the location of these fuel stations will also be declared on this day.
Allotment of land through bidding process
The allotment will be done through the bidding process. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will decide the base price.

Payment plan under the scheme of Yamuna Expressway Authority
The payment plan may vary in different schemes. Generally, 10% amount of the total plot cost is deposited with the application form as a registration amount.
20% amount is paid within forty-five days from the date of allotment. The balance amount is paid in equated installment with interest at 12% per annum on reducing the principal amount.
